A PUMPKIN PATCH! And A Troupe of Tigers - September 28, 2013

Since we now live in the Pumpkin Capital of the coast, we visited our first pumpkin patch just across the street. A fabulous time was had. Plenty of Dirt, Hay and Burrs were eaten. To prepare for the adventure we tried wearing shoes for the first time. Eddie has no problems. The girls are not quite as with the idea.
Lots of fun! Lots of photos!

Playing some catch up on cute pics that didn't make previous posts.
YAY for having reliable internet downstairs.

Nonni Lynda and Poppi Mike visited us. They got attacked by some cuddle Tigers!

Videos! Steps, Peek a Boo...September 24, 2013

Videos. Enjoy!

Eddie Peek a Boo
Eddie & Nina can both do Peek-a-Boo with their hands.

Gigi & Eddie can Blow Kisses.

Everyone can play Peek-a-Boo covering their face with a blanket.

Gigi Couple Steps

We attempt to be equal opportunity videographers, but some babies refuse to do their tricks for the camera. Then Blogger rejects some longer videos... so you get what works.

The Playroom got an update recently.

Nina Enjoying Some Music.

We had a fun visit with Aunties Monica, Vanessa & Roxanne who always have great ideas.
Baby races had honestly never occurred to us.

Nina Likes Waffles!

More recent updates to come soon. Finally got a Repeater. Yay.
Everyone's Walking a Lot now.

14 Months old (a couple days back): September 12, 2013

Nina, Gigi & Eddie are 14 Months Old! (Back on the 8th).
Everyone can take several steps unassisted. Watch out world!

It is awesome to have a house big enough where we need a repeater for the router to have a consistent internet connection in our office. So, we don't have one of those yet. Hence, the dodgy posting.
There are a couple great videos to post soon but I'm going to get this up for now.

Our favorite sandwich shop (and Garden) - San Benito House.

The kiddos had their Nursery Follow Up appointment so we were able to visit our old favorite place- the NICU! Everyone was very impressed with their progress.

... And We're Back! August 25, 2013 - Catching Up

During the move to HMB we had some computer downtime, but we are now back.

So many things have happened recently (especially if you aren't on Facebook)! Here goes:

We moved into the new house. Movers were key to getting it done with sanity and the trio. We get the kids out and about frequently. They've been to their first Farmer's Market, the Beach, and for many beach view walks. A new jogging stroller makes daily walks easier with just one piece to load and unload from the car.

Eddie stands for several seconds unassisted. He also took his first swimming lesson at La Petitie Baleen. He is a good little whale and seemed to really enjoy it. He's starting in on B sounds every now and again.

Gigi's balance is getting much better she can stand for short periods unassisted. She continues to say lots of Gagaga and Dadada sounds. She got right into her sand experience. Our little beach baby!

Nina can also stand for short periods unassisted. She's still really enjoying A-Bababa sounds but can also do Mamama. She was a trooper at the beach and was the only baby who sensibly wore her hat.

We had some nice visiting time with Grandma Kelly, too.

Babies First "Graduation" July 31, 2013

Grandma and Three Choo Choo-ing. The Caboose has had it!
Eddie in the Sink.
Gigi Chillaxin' in the Choo Choo Wagon
We enjoyed visiting with Auntie-Grammie Kay and Uncle-Grandpa Wayne.
This pretty much shows how it was. Go Irish!

At their 1 year check in visit with their awesome Physical Therapist Kathy and the Early Intervention program, the girls "graduated" out of the program as they are achieving in all areas at an age appropriate level. Mr. Eddie may continue for a little bit longer down in San Mateo County, but is also doing very well. Great Work babies! Thank you Kathy, we will miss you!

After a year of ping pong nick names (Lil Bit, Fina, Lizzie...), we think Serafina finally has a short name that will stick... Nina! She was named after my Grandmother Serafina who was also called Nina by the family, so there we go. Nina in her first sink bath.
We are all SO ready for the new house!
Kay and Nina
Everyone can now pick up finger foods like Puffs (have you tasted those things? they may be organic but - YUK!), O's and Frozen Waffles. We're still working on sippy cups, but now that two are holding their own bottles it is making life easier.

*On the Home Updating Front*
Floors have been put down in the Living Room, Master & Most of the Kitchen. They are pretty fabulous.
Fireplace painted, lighting updated. There are floors under that cardboard!
Lights started out 90's shiny brass. Seriously couldn't live with them.
They ended up Brushed Nickel. Will hold us over until we find ones we love.

Granite slabs have been reserved and are ready for fabrication. Yay!
I can't believe this is our last full week in Petaluma.
We will really miss it here but are looking forward to our new adventure.
